We've been helping kids (and adults) with ADHD / behavioral type challenges for many years! FOOD TESTING is one key component. When you find and fix the root cause, the results are remarkable! By removing sensitivities / intolerances we're able to give the DIGESTIVE SYSTEM a break.
There is a STRONG correlation between gut health and ADHD. Remember, there is a GUT - BRAIN connection. If the gut isn't working right...the BRAIN isn't going to work right.
By testing we're also able to give the IMMUNE SYSTEM a break...ultimately we're testing the immune system. And perhaps THE most important aspect of food testing is we're able to reduce INFLAMMATION and more specifically inflammation in the BRAIN!
In order to truly get well and solve the problem, you need an advocate who is like a detective. Somebody who will take the time and dig for the root cause. NOT somebody who spends 5 minutes with you, gives you a "chemical" and says come back in 6 weeks. That's a failed approach.

What Happens on The Discovery Call?
Very simple. We will ask you some questions, do a thorough health history, and determine if you are a case we can accept. If we think we can help, we will give you that option. If we do not think we can help, we will work to find somebody who can.
Are Your Programs Safe?
ABSOLUTELY! My protocols are extremely safe. I will do objective testing and work towards finding the ROOT CAUSE of the health challenge.
Does Insurance Pay For Functional Medicine?
Unfortunately, no insurance company pays for weight loss. However, if you're MOTIVATED, I will work with you. My protocols are very affordable and keep in mind that I've never turned anybody away because of finances.
Where Is Your Clinic Located?
I am 100% virtual, with the exception of my boot camps. The beautiful thing about this approach is that it can be done from ANYWHERE! After our initial discovery call (to determine if my protocol makes sense for you) I will provide you with test kits so that, TOGETHER, we can customize a safe, natural, & highly effective protocol based on YOUR individual needs.
Will I Have To Swallow A Lot Of Pills?
I will provide recommendations based on your nutrient deficiencies. This is based on the testing that is performed. I will give you supplement recommendations as well as give you food recommendations so that you can eat more of the right foods and stop or limit the wrong foods.
